"Better leads than I expected"
I’ve used a few lead sources before where a lot of the contacts felt like dead ends, but this was different. Most of the leads I received were actual people who seemed genuinely interested in renting. A few didn’t respond, which I kind of expected, but overall the quality has been solid so far.

"Helpful reminders, but the extra pings feel preventable"
I’ve been using TurboTenant to keep track of rent and messages, and overall it’s been really helpful. The reminders are probably my favorite part because I’m not missing due dates like I used to. That said, sometimes the notifications feel like a bit much, and it seems like that’s preventable with better settings or fewer repeat alerts. Still, it does make managing everything easier, so I’m happy with it for the most part.

"Got Some Leads, But It Took a Bit"
I did end up getting a few leads from it, which was great, but in my experience the listings took a while to actually show up. Overall, it worked for me, just not as quickly as I was hoping.

"Messages worked, but felt a bit scattered"
As someone who likes to keep applicant communication organized, the messages were just okay for me. Replies did come through, so it wasn’t a total problem, but the whole thing felt a little messy and harder to follow than I’d hoped.
"Easy lease setup with a couple tiny bumps"
I used TurboTenant to put together a lease, and it was straightforward. Since I could add my own rules and adjust sections as I went, I didn’t have to start over every time I wanted to change something.
A few settings took me a minute to understand, so I had to reread them before moving on. But once I figured those out, the whole thing saved me time and the finished lease looked clean enough to send...

"Reassuring once I actually used it"
I was a little unsure about using TurboTenant at first, mostly because of privacy and having my documents online, but after trying it for a while I feel at ease. The login process feels secure, and managing my docs has been simpler than I expected. I haven’t run into any privacy issues, which is a relief. My only complaint is that I wish their data and security info was easier to find and written in a more straightforward way. Overall, it’s been a good experience, just with a little room to improve.

"Has almost everything I need"
I’ve been using turbotenant for my rentals, and overall it’s been solid. It handles most of what I need, like listings, applications, leases, and tracking rent, which makes it nice to have everything in one place. A few features could definitely be more flexible, and some of the extra workarounds feel preventable, but for the most part it does the job well.

"Canceling was fine, but the refund info was frustrating"
I canceled my TurboTenant account because I just didn’t need it anymore, and to be fair, the actual canceling part wasn’t awful. But of course it wasn’t exactly one obvious button and done either. I had to poke around a bit, which is always annoying when you’re already trying to leave a service.
The bigger headache was the refund information. Like, why is it so hard to clearly say what I’m eligible to get back and how long it’s going to take? I don’t need a treasure hunt, I just need basic details spelled out without having to second-guess everything.
Support did eventually respond and I got it handled, so I’m not saying it was a disaster. But it definitely took longer than I wanted and the whole thing felt more messy than it needed to be. Not terrible, not great, just very middle-of-the-road.

"Maintenance is a lot less of a headache now"
Being able to send repair requests to my tenant and track everything in one place has made maintenance way easier. I’m not digging through old text threads trying to remember what was said or what still needs to be done. If you’re managing a rental and maintenance stuff is starting to feel scattered, I’d definitely recommend using something like this to keep it all organized.

"Expense tracking is fine"
It does a decent job tracking my expenses, so no real complaints there. Sorting receipts can feel a little clunky sometimes, though, and a few of the extra steps feel unnecessary.

"Pretty good on my phone, honestly"
I used turbotenant mostly on my phone, and it worked well, well. The screens were simple enough to figure out, and I could check messages and docs without having to pull out my laptop. A couple pages were a little slow to load for me, and some of the buttons felt kind of small, but overall it did what I needed.

"I used TurboTenant to fill out my..."
I used TurboTenant to fill out my rental application, it was a smooth experience. I just uploaded the documents they needed, paid the fee, and submitted everything without a bunch of back and forth. It probably took me around 15 minutes total. Compared to dealing with paper forms, this was way less of a hassle.

"Setup was fine, but verification felt like I was being ignored"
Getting the account set up was easy, so I thought the rest would be smooth too. But the verification part took longer than I expected, and I didn’t really get much communication while I was waiting. It kind of felt like I was just sitting there being ignored.

"Pretty decent for storing docs, but a little clunky"
I mostly use TurboTenant as my “okay, where did I put that lease?” place, and for that it does the job. Lease paperwork, tenant documents, random forms I know I’ll need later, it’s nice having them all in one spot instead of scattered across email, my desktop, and that one folder I always forget about.
That said, the document storage part can feel a bit awkward. Uploads are sometimes slower than I expect, and organizing files isn’t as smooth as it feels like it should be. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’m still using it, but it has that “almost there” feeling where a few improvements would make it way easier to deal with

"Rent collection has been smooth"
Collecting rent has been easy overall. I’ve noticed payments usually come through without any issues, so I kind of expect it to stay that way now. One payment did take about a day longer than usual, but since that hasn’t been the pattern, I’m not too worried. Mostly it’s been fine.

"I thought everything was fine at first..."
I thought everything was fine at first, but then some fees showed up later that weren’t super clear. You kind of expect to know the full cost upfront, so that part was a little frustrating

Had an issue and they got it sorted out quickly. Smooth. Really appreciated how easy the whole thing was. Nice.

"E-signing was easy, easy"
The electronic signing worked just fine for me. It was simple to get through, simple and straightforward. My only small complaint is that the mobile screen could load a little faster, because it did feel a bit slow at times.

"I used TurboTenant to screen a…"
I used TurboTenant to screen a new renter, it made things easy for me. The process was quick, the reports were clear enough for what I needed, and I didn’t have to waste a bunch of my own time chasing down details. It definitely saved me some hassle.

"Pretty easy to use, but could be smoother!!"
TurboTenant was easy to jump into!! I was able to list my rental and figure out most things on my own, which I really appreciated. That said, a few parts felt a little clunky. Some buttons weren’t where I expected them to be, and setting up forms took longer than I thought it should. Overall, it gets the job done and I’d probably use it again, but I do wish the layout was a bit cleaner.
